Our normal changeover day is Saturday. Outside peak season, a Sunday changeover can often be arranged: please enquire at the time of booking. The closest airport is Perugia (40 mins away) with direct flights to and from London-Stansted on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday (summer only) and Sunday. You can instead fly to Bologna, Ancona, Rome, Florence or Pisa, or take the train to Perugia or to Terontola, just outside Cortona: see map.

2008 prices held for 2010 bookings
	To beat the rise in the Euro against the pound and dollar, we are holding our 2008 (yes, that's right!) prices for the 2010 season. So don't give in to gloom and doom: book now! You know you deserve it...

Outside of peak season, we are also prepared to consider shorter stays, changeovers on days other than Saturday or Sunday, or discounts for longer stays. Please contact us to enquire about this.

Please note that bookings are not confirmed until a rental contract has been signed and booking deposit of 25% paid. The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental (or at the time of booking, if this is less than 8 weeks before). Rent includes gas, electricity, broadband internet access, supply of clean bedlinen and towels at the beginning of each rental week and routine cleaning between rental weeks. An allowance for central heating is included within the mid/low season rent.

Additional charges:
There will be an additional charge for any outgoing telephone calls. Cancellation charges apply. A refundable security deposit is payable. Please note that you are asked, for the sake of subsequent guests, not to smoke indoors and anyone breaching this condition will have to pay an extra charge for cleaning and dry-cleaning.
